JOHN JACOBSON
John Jacobson established Jacobson & Associates, a consulting and customer satisfaction measurement firm, in 1992. Jacobson & Associates is best known for the Jacobson Steel Customer Satisfaction Survey that covers major steel producers in the United States and Canada.
Over more than forty years as a consultant to the steel industry, Mr. Jacobson has had the privilege of working with nearly every major steel company in North America. Prior to founding Jacobson & Associates, John was a VP with Chase Manhattan Bank and a Managing Director with Wharton Econometrics. Mr. Jacobson began his career at the Congressional Budget Office in Washington, D.C. John is a graduate of Swarthmore College and The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
